They did the installation quickly and competently, advising us of extra requirements imposed by the city, such as a special permit and backsplash panels. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I think we should have been advised of these items before the date of installation. The permit was an extra $80.

He finally concluded the item was defective. He told me to take it back to Best Buy and return for a replacement. Best Buy did not have any so I eventually got a refund (that's another story).
