Yet another edition in The Land Before Time series, The Time of the Great Giving, comes to DVD with a standard full-frame transfer. English, Spanish, and French soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Surround. There are on subtitles, but the English soundtrack is closed-captioned. Supplemental materials include interactive games and a sing-along feature. Those with a DVD-ROM drive can access coloring pages and other activities. This is a decent release from Universal.
