This was my third try to purchase a new travel computer. The size is great and it has a bigger screen than the ASUS I'd been using. Have had Dell Computers for years and am always satisfied with them. My only issue is Windows 10 - I find it quite challenging and wish Best Buy would offer a class at my store to acquaint customers with it.

The computer I ordered was at least a decade old and weighed almost 8 pounds!! I wanted it for travel --- not at all happy with it! Very disappointed and have already returned it and bought a new Lenovo. Run, don't walk away from this computer!! Sorry Best Buy, but it's the truth.
