Unhappy with Lg 55'' 4K Tv

I bought this tv after seeing lots of reviews and i always had Lg tvs, but this one i didn't get the same luck as the previews one.
Since i bought this tv with no Best Buy insurance they cannot do anything about it, so i called Lg and they said its need to update the new version and i have to wait, so why do i need to wait for something that i want to enjoy right away, and the image is awful and there is something wrong with the Tv, they should send me another Tv right away, cause i paid for something that it should be working right away. So lets see whats gonna be !!!
