The bad (it's all minor stuff!!!):

I do not like the location of the power button (left side near front by USB). It is easy to hit by accident and puts the whole computer to sleep, sometimes in the middle of working. Also, sometimes the computer does not wake up on the first try. When not plugged into power and not even being used the laptop dies quickly (within hours).

The good (mostly performance--the stuff that matters!!!):

Excellent keyboard layout/keys/tension and backlight. Fantastic graphics. Great speed, response and efficiency. Sleek build. Decent speakers for slim line build. Great for portable and stationary multimedia/gaming/word processing/web use. Would definitely buy again.
