The acting is a little stiff by most of the cast in this film. Bryan Cranston and Juliette Binoche are great in smaller (wish they were bigger) parts. Ken Watanabe and Sally Hawkins are woefully underused but decent in their parts. The lead soldier and wife pair (played by Aaron Taylor Johson and Elizabeth Olsen) are so stiff and have zero chemistry or character development. The monster stuff is great so it's a shame to not care about any of the characters for lack of development and poor miscasting.
If you liked The Hunger Games obviously you'll be checking this out no matter what. For those who weren't blown away by the first film in this series give it a second chance with this film. Definitely improved upon from the first film.
This Keystone KSTAD70B dehumidifier is able to remove up to 70 pints of water from the air per day to significantly reduce moisture and promote a comfortable environment. Two fan speeds allow you to select a setting that best suits your needs.
There are several films I never got around to replacing from VHS to DVD for one reason or another. This was one of them. The transfer to hi def image was definitely worth the wait for Blu Ray for this film. Plus there's over an hour of deleted scenes that have also been converted to hi def.
Excellent effort by first time director and lead actor Joseph Gordon Levitt. If you're a fan of his or just a fan of authentically funny comedies with heart, check this one out.
Although it deals with very serious subject matter this movie is quite funny but still moving at the same time. Great performances from both Shailene Woodley and George Clooney.
The first season of Hannibal follows FBI Agent Will Graham's (Hugh Dancy) as he becomes increasingly immersed in his efforts to find a brutal serial killer. When Special Agent Jack Crawford (Laurence Fishburne) pairs him with a highly skilled psychiatrist - who, unbeknownst to them, is the perpetrator himself, notorious serial killer Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) - Will questions his own sanity as his cannibalistic partner subjects him to a series of mind games.
This is a great buy for any fan of the Hannibal character or good television in general. It's definitely worth it to get the blu ray over the dvd as this show was meant to be watched in HD. Not for the faint of heart! Very graphic/gorey show!
