The setup is very straightforward and like they advertise, no drilling, just peel and stick. The pad connects to the base station and base station connects to the wifi so you can locate the base either centrally or in your room so that you know the status. The base station has battery backup and a sim-card integration to make it cellular. At the time of review, i setup my system as a standalone only which means that if armed, it will sound the alarm if i did not put in the pin in a 30 seconds, the base station will sound the 85 db alarm.
I also have a samsung smart thing which does pretty much the same thing but i do not have the alarm installed, however what i really like about the smartthings vs simplysafe is the text feature and alerting me about motion sensing or a break in sensor. Samsung Smartthings also have ADT professional monitoring but it has a higher upfront cost and its 24.99 a month so in that regard, simplisafe is cheaper for monthly monitoring. However, one plus point about samsung smartthings is that it can control your smart devices.
Final thoughts, i think this is a good basic security system with no frills and no monthly contract but i would love them to add smart integration in their next version which will make it truely unbeatable

I have 2 soniccare toothbrushes (Essence & Series 2)and 1 braun toothbrush. Braun being the cheapest of all. I think toothbrushes have progressively gotten more and more expensive due to these becoming high tech, powerful and high speed. However, the good part is that, as you get older, you get gingivitis and in some cases periodontis which means you have pockets in your gums. You need more than just a regular electric toothbrush. you really need a high speed toothbrush to make sure you have lesser visits to the dentist.
One Important and big issue with electric toothbrushes is that you apply pressure and the brushes also becoming more powerful exerts a lot of pressure on your teeth and cause abrasions. This will wear out your enamel and thats the reason why you have sensitive tooth. This brush has a sensor which will alert you when you are applying too much pressure.
This tooth brush is super fast with 62k movements per min you can be rest assuraed that your tetth will be super cleean.
This brush also has a sensor to tell you if your brush head is wearing out, i have not tested it but i am pretty sure it is going to be more conservative and you will need to make your own judgement than relying on the sensor

This sony speaker sits between SRS-XB41 and SRS-XB21 so its mid-sized in the range and yet compact but the sounds pretty good. on the back of the speaker you have Stereo Mini Jack (IN), USB A Terminal (DC OUT only) - this is for charging your phone, micro USB (DC IN) this is for charging the speaker. Rest of the controls are actually on the app, so you will really need the app to control lights, extra bass, equlizaers etc. So i played a bunch of soft and hip hop and it sounds pretty good for the size. the extra bass mode really makes the bass come out pretty good. If i crank it up all the way, the sound does not distort which is pretty important. My son loved the lighting on the speaker

These days, every other thing in your house is connected to the internet. you name it, Alexa, Google mini, your smart tv, Roku, Amazon Fire, Xbox, your light bulbs, sprinker system. So, on how many devices can you really have anti-virus software running? May be 20% of those, namely, your smartphones, tablets and your computer. Every smart device has your personal information saved in it. In the Era of using alexa or a google to order a pasta sauce, think about it, its almost becoming like publicly available information to a smart hacker unless you put in something like the bit defender box to safegaurd your entire home network.
So how does it do? i think it does a great job protecting your network also more importantly notifying you of what and why it blocked something.
In addition, you also get parental controls which is a good plus. I wish it did not have the yearly fee of 99$ for unlimited devices which will kick in the 2nd year. 1st year is free for unlimited devices.

Setup will take you about 30 minutes and you will need to download the bitdefender central app on your phone available on both android and playstore.
You can connect it in one of the 3 ways - to the built in modem router, connect to your router which in turn is connected to the modem or connect to the modem which means your bitdefender box will act a router. Most people will chose the 2nd option like i did.

Basically this is a bluetooth headphones with active noise cancellation and added adapter for wired mode. The active noise cancellation is something i have never tried before and to me it works OK. But do i need it? i think i am OK with passive noise cancellation which i think with fin type tip and in ear tip, i am good. The sound quality is good for bluetooth headsets and i think it is better than any bluetooth headphones costing under 75

I had Onkyo TX-NR656 and i replaced it with this one not because this one was more powerful, just because it is slimmer and powerful enough for me. Now that i come from the very popular Onkyo TX-NR656 receiver, i can give you some comparison.
I understand that i will be comparing apples to oranges as the Onkyo costs $200 more than this one, with that being said, i think the feature set that you get with this receiver provided a good value.
So, Lets take the pros first. I love the slim design, i have a TV Stand which is open design and the Onkyo sticks out. with this one, its all the way in and with less than 6 inch (5 1/4") height, it is not massive. i like that.
My Prior Onkyo was 170W per channel and this one is 145W per channel and i can tell you that i cannot find any noticeable differance
HDCP 2.2 Support, both of them support it, This was a major compliant in the STR-DH550 model because that one did not support it. But sony now has corrected the mistake in this reciever by including it. Not only that HDR10 is also supported and i tested it with Netflix. Good Video output and Pass-through
Same as my Onkyo, Once you connect to the reciever, the receiver automatically turns on. So you do not need to look for the report nor you need to turn on the TV to play the music which is a good conveience. What i liiked about the Sony as compared to Onkyo is that Sony has a very quick connection vs Onkyo which is extremely slow.
Now to the Cons. This one does not have Dolby Atmos, for some folks this may be a bummer but i do not have 7.1.2 setup, so it did not matter to me much. i have 5.1 setup.
Other Cons, like Wifi, Chromecast, Pandora...All of these have workarounds, Pandora, Spotify on your phone and streaming via bluetooth will solve that. Wifi COnnection for playing media files? Hmm, I can connect a micro desktop to the HDMI Port and be done with that..Chromecast, The Onkyo Chromecast is frustratingly slow, So i rather connect a chromecast dongle to a HDMI Port, that solves that.
Now, I wish there were a couple more HDMI input. But for the price, i can live without it.

So, i replaced by 4 year old 55 Inch LG 1080p TV with this 4K TV and i am very pleased with the choice. I tested this TV using both Netflix Ultra HD Content and Amazon Prime 4K content and the quality of the pictures are unbelieveable at this price. I have a Home Theater system and i believe most people who buy a 60 Inch TV should either have a nice soundbar or a home theater attached to the TV. I rarely use the TV speakers but whenever i did, i was fairly happy.
The Setup was very easy and easily connected to my 5Ghz wifi network and the App setup and such as Amazon, Netflix and Youtube. IF you are using a Home theater system, you are obviously not using the smart capabilities of your TV because you have a Roku PRemiere + or Apple TV connected to your receiver. So, the smart component of the TV is of no use to me.
Coming from a 1080P LG TV, this TV has made a lot of difference, i can view 4K content on netflix via my Roku PRemiere+ and i can tell you that picture quality is very impressive. My TV is at a distance of 12 Ft of viewing distance and i wished i had gotten the 65 inch version of this TV and it would have been perfect. Since the video quality is very good, at this distance 65 inch TV would really be nice.
I also like the neatly arranged on screen display, very user friendly.
Other features - the TV also has a USB Port for playing media, it has 3 HDMI Ports.
Note: I read some reviews which say that the TV is dark when it comes to picture quality. The tv comes with Picture mode = Energy Saver as default, change it to standard or vibrant to get much brighter and vibrant picture quality

This one looks pretty similar to the google home mini but with a better display and much bigger in size. It has a similar fabric like the google home mini but it has 3 capacitative speakers which can control the volume , brightness and launch assitant. There is alao a microphone mute button at the back. This has now become my bedroom alarm clock & the fact that it is bigger puts out music with outstanding quality.

This is a mechanical keyboard and not a membrane one which you regularly get stock with computer. Primary advantage of mechanical keyboard is that they allow you to press many keys at the same time which is key to gaming and with great accuracy.
Now back to the logitech g613, I played Battlefield 1 and the commands were transmitted immediately. Its a great companion in the living room thanks to the keyboard being a wireless one. i have a desktop connected to TV in my living room and this keyboard was an icing on the cake.
One Important feature is having the extra column of G Keys which can be programmers and you can setup profiles for each game (If you have the time to configure all of it)
Overall a good buy, but does it justify the price?

Once you unbox it, you need to run it for 30 minutes @450F to make sure any residual subtances have been burnt out before cooking. This thing is very well built (nice shiny stainless steel all around) and it complements any household with stainless steel appliances. It is big, so it will take some space on your countertop, it measure 12H × 17.5L × 19W. These days most folks are moving towards cooktop and not have a range. so this could be an ideal option, have a cooktop and have this as your oven. Mind you, this will not fit your turkey, so you may be out of luck during thanksgiving.
I do not have a large kitchen, so i keep it in my garage and bring it in whenever i want to use it.
Also i would like to mention that it comes with 4 groves on either side so you can slide vthe trays in a variety of configuration so that you can fit either multiple items or a large item inside

This oven has a variety of cooking options - toast, bake, convection, broil/grill, defrost, pizza, cookies, and keep warm. THis is selected using the bottom knob, the middle one is for temperature and the top one is for time.
Note that some of the settings come in as default, for example if you select cookies, it will ask you to select 1 tray or 2 tray and the temperature and timing defaults based on your selection
All of the information is displayed in a cool blue LCD screen on the top right.
My son loves Salmon. We used the grill option to grill the salmon in the oven and it came out perfectly, moist and well flavored and not dry. The cooking time was very fast. The fact that it has a light when cooking also helps.
We also tested the pizza option by testing out using home made dough and veggie toppings with cheese. the pizza was very even, edges were not hard as rock as it would have been in a regular oven.

My son loves salmon, and just for one or couple of pieces of salmon we hate to heat the range and put it in. This one does a great and cooks evenly.

I have been trying to log into our WiFi network (provided by our apartment complex), but it requires a username and password. When prompted to loggin, I’m only given the password space, making it impossible to loggin. Is there a way to fix this?
Not that i know of, i doubt you can connect to a public wifi on this tv

I just purchased this tv. I cannot get it to connect to my Wi-Fi. It keeps saying I need to insert the wireless module. Why is it doing this and how can I fix it?

I really feel like Hulu is a must. Is this brand trying to get Hulu and if so when?
I suggest getting a roku. The channels are limited on this tv
