Good for the money

I got a little carried away printing emails and recipes for the holidays and really had the ink last longer than anticipated.The black ink that is. I'm nowhere near running out of the colored ink yet. I just bought my second black ink and after realizing I was trying to put it in upside down (duh) it went right into i't's little slot! Print is VERY Sharp!

Nice laptop. Only one issue encountered Windows 10

Nice laptop. Keys are sensitive to the touch. Very light touch. However the space bar doesn;t always "space", I don;t know why. If you accidentally rub your hand or forearm over the pad you can sometimes move text into other portions of what you are writing, so proofread well.Windows 10 is a whole other issue. Having not used windows for 12 years, I've got a lot of catching up to do. Many old icons are now :CTRL" XXX-whatever. and some have changed from the previous iterations. CTRL C is still cut, but CTRL P is print when I believe it should be paste. Paste is now CTRL V. What does V have to do with paste anyway? The laptop suits all of my needs and I learn more and more each day. I love it!

I prefer a mouse as I have fat fingers and have difficulty using the pad on the laptop. This mouse is fast and travels well. No complaints. Good buy for the money. It was recommended by the salesman at Best Buy for someone like me. I only make word documents and surf the net.

problems w/HP envy 4560 printer

It takes numerous times to shut down the printer. It keeps trying to go into sleep mode. I have to turn it on and off several times to get it to accept my pushing the 'shut down' button to work.. I had to change the black ink cartridge and the printer advised I had a damaged or counterfeit cartridge. It was NOT. I pressed ok and it went about its business. The cartridge was purchased at Best Buy, sealed in the package w/in a package along with the color cartridge. No problem with the color cartridge Then it told me I needed an alignment and that the ink was low - it wasn't and it took two tries for the alignment to complete. Then it wanted to scan the alignment page and it couldn't complete that function. It's very confusing and exceptionally touchy. More difficult than anticipated. But I DID finally get my page printed.
