This was my 2nd choice modem. I needed phone support as well as data. I initially got the 32x8 Netgear for the better speed/channels but realized it did not support voice phone.
This works great, I have not seen any speed issues and we use a lot of devices between streaming, tablets, laptops, and Xbox.
Easy to hook up, plug right in outside the box.
It is a modem only and does not include a router. You will need to install a second router if you want wifi.
It does work with Comcast Xfinity.

This is just the classic Rubik's cube. My daughter had been playing with a 4x4 small cube for a while and outgrew it. She loves the regular size version and plays with it constantly. It works smooth, with no problems and the color tiles are part of the cube and not stickers so they won't wear or peel off (and you can't cheat)

This lock was an easy switch out from my Kwikset deadbolt.
I had a new door and lock so there was no problem with the upgrade.
The programming was pretty easy and only took about an hour to install and program. If you want the wifi anywhere version you have to pay an additional $100 for the upgrade (one time) to open the lock from anywhere remotely. Otherwise you can unlock it from your phone using the app through bluetooth only and you must be within 20-30 feet or so.

The install instructions were pretty easy. You leave the outside portion of your deadbolt in place and can still use your key outside, or the knob inside. You have the option to setup automatic locking 30 seconds after unlocked, or you can leave this option off and it works as normal.
When the lock gets jammed (if the door was not closed completely or something was in the way) it is easy to reset but it sends out an annoying beep as a warning.

Does the surge protector have a reset? Or once it's tripped is it trash?
I believe once it is tripped it needs to be replaced.
