Great laptop

I wanted a larger screen - I use Microsoft Streets and Trips with this laptop and wanted a larger screen size so I would only have to glance at the screen. The laptop has great screen resolution and adequate memory for my needs.

Is this camera made of metals or plastic? Does it shoot night scenes well?

The overall case is either metal or hard plastic. The retractable lens cover is plastic and you have to be careful not to put it in too much. I have been able to pull it back out if that happens. I've not tried many night photos...sorry.

what is the lock on the side of the memory card used for???

When locked, you won't be able to take any new photos on the card. It literally locks whatever photos you have on the card. Once you unlock you will be able to add photos.

Can someone please let me know what brand of memory card and USB cable are compatible with this camera? Thank you.

I am currently using a SanDisc 8 mb Ultra-Plus SD card with no problems. I've not tried to use any USB cables with this camera.
