Shes a good little buy for streaming via hdmi port and a wifi signal alone. easy to plug in receiver it comes with a flexible hdmi 2inch extension. My android phone can control it as well as the remote.

can i play video directly from an attached USB external drive? What formats will it support? AVI with common codecs?
Yes you can and it accept mp4, mkv, pretty much all. you can also load aftermarket apps onto her to stream from your computer easily.

Does it have GPS that will work with MS Streets?
no gps on it. i use ms streets and trips but not with live navigation feature enabled. :(
