A great documentary on the history of a small dumpy studio that put out some of the best music ever. Great production and sound track. Amazing how they preserved the wonderful warm feel of the analogue tape and desk. A must see for music fans.

After 8 years, our Fridgidare died. We shopped for something that would fit our needs. A must was a bottom freezer. We has some space constrains due to kitchen layout. This seemed to fit what we needed, bottom freezer, fit in the space we had, and price.
A few days in, we noticed what sounded like the fridge might be failing. It was a sound that we had heard when our old one began to die. After reading the online support, the noise seemed consistant with the ice maker being on, but not connected to water (which is our case at the momment). I checked, and the ice maker is in the "off" position. Could just be a random noise that is loud.
Overall, we're happy with our purchase.

A good little stand

Not a bad tripod for the price. Very light weight. It seems well assembled, however, some parts do seem cheap. The crank to raise it up seems a bit flimsy, and when you raise it up, unless you really crank down on the collar, the neck is very wobbly. But, for a basic tripod it's not bad. I do like that the mount comes off while still attached to the camera body.
