Not a good product

I purchased this item about 2 months ago and is already cracked. Its suppose to have a lifetime warranty and you can get a replacement. Currently you can't register the product because they don't have it available for replacement in their database. A product similar to it will cost you $10 plus $3.99 for shipping. My previous purchase for Samsung S5 worked great but this one is a poor design.
