Great rap/hip-hop rising artists

Great album from Tech N9ne signed rising artists. Saw them on tour with Tech N9ne and they put on an awesome show and showed a lot of rock elements, so I wanted to see how that translated on their album. Unfortunately for me most of the rock-ness was for the live show but this is still a well done album that I who typically listens to hard rock/metal can still enjoy

What's great about it: Artists show elements of everything from soft rock to gangster rap
What's not so great: would like to hear more actual drums than tracks

I am not the biggest fan of this type of metal however I do appreciate the musicians as the band put on a solid album of punch you in the face-ness. The vocals are what I don't like in this style of metal but with that said I still know if this is what you are looking for.. then you found it!

What's not so great: At the end of the album I felt like their were only three songs

This is awesome, I have been scared to buy some of Chevelles previous albums but I love this one and hope they continue down the path that this album has taken their music!

Good album Demon Hunter always does well!

Demon Hunter is an awesome band, I own True Defiance and World is a Thorn as well and love them. Perhaps this one is still just new to me but so far I would say the other two are my favorites.

What's not so great: Not all of the songs stick out to me, seem to blur together at points
