I haven't had a chance to watch these yet, from the reviews and screens I've seen, all the films are massive upgrades from the dvds. Some may not know, so I'm here to tell ya. The first film says it has 5.1 DTS HD-MA, but early copies only had 2.0. Lionsgate is doing a replacement program if you get the 2.0 version and care.Thankfully the copy I picked up has the 5.1 on the first film.

The widescreen transfer preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1, and is preferable to the standard full-frame image. Closed-captioned English soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital Surround. English subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include theatrical trailers. Additional extras are available for those with a DVD-ROM drive. This is a fine release from New Line Home Entertainment.

been trying to catch up on Tupac's acting roles and had never seen this one. I still haven't watched it all (had a dvd that stopped with 10 minutes left, so I needed a new one). With free shipping this was a great deal and it got here in 3 days. Tupac kills it in this, I've read a few places it is considered his best acting ever, and I tend to agree. The other people are also strong in it.

Nice to see Paramount finally releasing catalog titles again. If you don't know this movie by now, it's a perfect slice of early 90's era NY. Amazing audio/visual quality. Haven't got to any of the extras yet, but no other release had anything so this is the best in that department. For $12 or so this is a must own for fans of rap, Tupac, hood movies, or those who like seeing different eras of NYC. Get it!

Awesome to finally have a BD collection of these cult films. Stuff you might not know: This is a limited edition set, only 10,000 and only sold at Amazon and Best Buy (amazon is sold out last I looked, but will probably get returns). With the price down to $60, get it quick if you have any interest as they won't be around long. First film is a big upgrade over the solo release a few months back, with more features and higher bitrate. Plus a 100+ page book, this set is amazing!

Was lucky enough to get one of these metalpaks by being there at opening. The show speaks for itself, a great continuation of the movie series with gore, one-liners and all the fixings. Highly recommend the metalpak if you can get one for a reasonable price (secondary prices on ebay and amazon are insane already). Still recommend the show if you can only find the standard version.

Didn't quite live up to the hype I was reading online, but was still a very enjoyable little thriller. Always fun to see Patrick Stewart play a darker role, and this is as dark as I've seen yet. Some good cringe-worthy shocks along the way, but no stupid jump scares. Fun flick, recommended.

I love this movie, others do not. I'll focus on the special packaging and how it could affect OCD collector types. I was curious by the claim of reversible steelbook and it turned out to be what I thought, a 2-sided one you can flip. But if you want Superman on your cover (thankfully I like the Batman art better), you then have the spine upside down and discs in weird places when you open the case. It was also surprising to see so few (I recall 5 Batman and 12 Superman when I went at opening) for such a huge title that was well promoted. Glad I got one, glad I like the Batman cover best. I represent those OCD collector types, and this could've been irking. :)

Can you connect a USB flash drive and watch a slide show on a continuous loop for like parties?
Not sure about a USB jack, if it has one it's on back and I can't get to mine right now to check.
I do know and am using my Samsung Galaxy, which can be connected and display anything from the phone, so I can set my pictures to slideshow and get this loop. From what I've heard and read, only Samsung smartphones can be connected.

Will it do live stream of news web sites?
No. The web feature really sucks and almost any video from youtube or any newe page says "unsecured connection" and refuses to play. It might have to do with Comcast service, but I doubt it. This is a very good TV, and the worst computer ever! I wouldn't trust anything web based to work properly. The one Foxnews clip I got to play was a buffering nightmare, worse than dial-up. It only streams anger.
