The action and intensity don't quit in this Robert Rodriguez follow up to the cult classic "El Mariachi". I actually like Desperado better. Great acting from Banderas and Hayek, as well as Steve Buscemi and Cheech Marin. Lots of great shootouts, and well developed characters.

This is a young band with a pretty big upside.The musicianship is already very solid, and the vocals are strong. Some room to mature in the lyrics, but they seem willing to do the work. Obvious Led Zeppelin references, but they do seem to have the chops to spread their wings and establish their own identity. This album is a compilation of several EP's over the last few years. Definitely worth a listen.

As these songs were picked by fans, those in the know will find plenty of their great Hip songs on this collection. The double CD includes two unreleased numbers, but the main attraction is all of the best Hip songs (to this point in their career) in one reasonably priced collection. Lots of great songs for the true fan, and an even better collection for introducing the uninitiated.
