Very good MP3 player for my use

Tried other products before buying this as it was highly recommended. Albums copied from ITunes kept showing up as "unknown artist"; contacted their tech support, they immediately determined my import settings in ITunes were NOT set to save as MP3, needed to be compatible with their product. I re-imported a couple of albums and moved them to the player after updating settings -- all worked as designed! Loaded more music after that, good to go, have enjoyed it on walks and car trips across the state.
Good product, excellent support. Don't hesitate to email them or check their knowledge base if you have problems, it got me up and running.
