It's not useful for small laundry rooms

I had bought dryer and they sold me this item. I had try to install it my self but could not make it and it's not flexible vent it's broken itself easily. I have small laundry room and it did not fit it. I called the Best Buy service they came and said that its not the right it item. I had taken to bestbuy to try to refund it and since it's used they did not accept it. If you are going to install and you have small laundry room do not buy it!!!
