Never played this cd all the way thru...system in the caddy made me do it .. if this were a new artist's first album it would be beloved and applauded ..however, its not. And for young' looks like he was just trying to get thru the recession himself. Can't really hold a candle to the motivation trio. Still nice to have in the collection.
I went into this album only hearing his most solid lyrical work...Dre or/and other producers tried too hard to be unique and took away from the themes of songs and lamars bars at times. With all that said its still a solid project and keeps me interested in the self proclaimed king of every coast.

Its what you would expect from a tony touch album. Nice reps by jada and other east coast spitters. Others could have been left off. As with all mix tapes by d.js. Always pleasing all fan bases.
Stepped out on this purchase based on radio spins which I generally dont do considering I'd have all albums within a week. Overkill and payola. Anyhow this album fulfilled what I thought/hoped it would be. Overall nice for a first c.d commercial anyway.
The corporate heads that put this album together went with too much of the obvious and left off all the tracks that east coast hip hop heads grew to love from the X
This is a throwback but comes from one of the better eras of southern hip hop and trap music. Although I must say his newest project "seen it all" is thorough as well.
