Just purchased 2 Sharp 32" LED 720p Smart HDTV Roku TV. No where on the box does it say Smart. Shouldn't the box description match the ad TV I paid for online? If it is't Smart I can get a better deal on a larger tv with 1020p at your own store.
A Roku TV is a "Smart TV" since it uses the Roku software as it's operating system. As a Smart TV it runs apps like Youtube or Netflix, and can install and play files from the internet or your local network.

Will this tv need a cable box of its own, or will the wifi be all that's needed, this would be a second tv in my house...
Depends on what you want to do - if you just want it for Netflix, Vudu, etc. and you have wired or wireless internet in your house, then you don't need a separate box - the TV already has those apps installed or you can download them. If you want to watch cable TV then you will need either a cable box or some kind of wired repeater.

how much memory does it have? Can you store movies on it?
How much memory does the device come with? can you record/store movies on it, or do you need to use an SD card?
The SD card is not used to store movies, only to expand the Roku's internal memory for more channels and apps. There is a USB port, which can be used to connect to a USB drive (either a flash drive or external portable hard drive) and you can store your movies on that and view them via the Roku. It doesn't record media, so the movies will have to be from your own media source or downloads.
