I do not believe I even laughed once. I thought these two actors together would bring a laugh fest and it never happened. This is so boring that when you get to the end (if you make it that far) you will regret the time you lost watching it. Could have been so much better but the writing was awful.
I guess I had too high of expectations with other movies like Batteries Not Included and wanted more from it. Echo was cute but the story line was only so so. On the fence about even recommending.
This was better than the first one. It brought it down to a normal neighborhood instead of an up class neighborhood which made it more realistic to me. This one is NOT disappointing.
I guess I expect Liam Neesom movies to be high class and to me this one was not up to my expectations but then maybe it was because he was not really the main person doing things. I fell asleep when watching it and had to keep going back when I woke up. Just was not my cup of tea.
The fifth and final season of Boardwalk Empire follows embattled Alantic City politician Nucky Thompson (Steve Buscemi) as he confronts the demons of his past and strengthens his foothold in smuggling goods illegally back and forth from Cuba. Elsewhere, gangster Al Capone's behavior becomes increasingly erratic as the feds close in, and Chalky White struggles to evade law enforcement and avenge the death of his daughter.
I love Boardwalk Empire and get wrapped up in it because of going to Atlantic City every year growing up. To me every season gets better and better and this one does not disappoint.
This is a fantasy movie that is very very strange but as strange as it is, you have to keep watching. You get wrapped up in the unusual and strange. I liked it in a weird way.
