I am done with Samsung. literally. Never again. I remember a time when they were competing with Sony, cut throat competition. Sony lost to Superior management, extreme dedication and better quality. How much Samsung domination lasted? about 10 years. In quality. Now their products are horrible.
I knew I am not going to buy another Samsung again especially, after my LG G3. And I made a right choice.
I absolutely love this phone! No unnecessary bloatware, fast, reliable, great design. Everything is great about this phone. Maybe video at concerts suck but hey, this is a phone not HD camcorder, right?
So, buy it, forget about Samsung S7, go for this one. You will thank me later)

Laptops with HDD password in BIOS setup
Which laptops do you sell have the HDD password option built into the BIOS security tab?
Pretty much all modern laptops except Chromebooks have this option. I hope you understand the risks that if you will forget this password or hard drive will have any serious issues you will not be able to recover it. It is not a Windows password, it is a military grade hack to the drive.

My dell power cord shows plugged in but not charging
Usually these are two main reasons. 1. Your charger has an issue and not really charging - Fix: try with another Dell machine from your friends or relatives or use a spare cord to test if it indeed charging. 2. Your power jack on a computer side has an issue. In that case you have to know how to fix it because spare part (computer jack) is cheap but you have to open casing and replace it and if you don't know how, you have to ask someone who does know. I do not see any other case when your problem could happen except, and it more speculation then the true case, your operating system is giving you issues and not properly showing that there is a charge. Also, if you see a red cross on your battery sign that means a battery is dead and does not hold any charge at all.
