Hours after having my washing machine fail, now my dryer is not functioning properly. Some might call this a coincidence, we call it bad manufacturing. We can only get it to dry on "timed drying". The other options for drying fail miserably. As soon as we receive the call to set up service on the washer, we will also request service on the dryer. Just call me unhappy in Cleveland.

Imagine my surprise and disbelief to have a washing machine fail less than a month after purchase. It will not complete a cycle, thus leaving the clothing dripping wet. I completed all of the troubleshooting recommendations and it still will not complete a cycle (not even a simple "rinse & spine"). Now I have to wait 24-48 hours before I get the call to set up a service appointment. FYI - I called Samsung, not Best Buy, due to the short amount of time I have had the washer in my possession. In my opinion, this is not a Best Buy issue. I firmly believe it to be a manufacturer issue (i.e. Samsung). I will update after the service call.

I bought this headset for the hubby. While he initially was disappointed because they do not have Bluetooth capability, this disappointment soon faded once he heard the beautiful sound that began to emanate to his ears. The bonus was getting them for a bargain price...and they were brand new - NOT refurbished.
On a side note, the customer service I received from Best Buy deserves a round of applause. For reasons unknown my local post office failed to deliver the initial headset that was ordered. Best Buy immediately sent me a replacement, which arrived in a timely manner -one day prior to the promised delivery date. Thank you!

The whole family just loves this family-sized refrigerator. I checked out so many manufacturers' French-door refrigerators and the rest paled in comparison. I caution prospective buyers to measure accurately, including doorways. With all of our measuring we still had to remove the strips from the doorway in order to bring it in the kitchen. Our primary concern was the space where it would sit, so we failed to measure its depth. If you are debating as to whether the higher price for the showcase door or drawer are worth it...the answer is YES. I now don't know what I'd do without these features.

This device does as promised with one exception. It will not allow the device to charge at the same time even though a charging outlet is there. I would not allow this to deter one from purchasing it. The picture is crystal clear as promised. Just be certain your device is fully charged before connecting it to your television.
