Great monitor for the price. The value is fantastic. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it didn't use the same kind of plug as the one I replaced. It has a different power plug setup so I had to rewire a desk setup. Mostly my fault, but still not exactly perfect for what I'd prefer.

Everything is good so far. Still playing with the settings so that we can zone in on the best picture. We've upgraded our surround sound to cover for the sound being somewhat lacking.

settings for best picture
Sorry to say but there is no flat answer to this. There are too many variables based on room size, light, height of the tv compared to your sitting position, etc. Just dig in and tweak things until you get to a sweet spot. I found with my old TV that I had a different set of settings based on Fall/Winter vs Spring/Summer
