While I was initially pleased with this item, the fact that it came off the watch within a week is extremely disappointed. Had I installed the item myself, I'd be willing to accept the possibility that I was at fault. However, I paid Geek Squad to install it. That speaks poorly of either Geek Squad's work or this item's quality.
