in that order of importance (imo), the earpads don't get uncomfortable after wearing for long periods. Provides improved bass compared to my older Bose, but not as overwhelming as my kid's Crusher headphones; if you're looking for amplified bass, you should choose a different model. And bright hues are in! So we really like the blue :)

I'm a casual TV watcher, and value simplicity foremost. Setup was extremely easy, and the picture is awesome without having to bother making any adjustments. I did purchase the extended warranty. I had a poor experience with a top-of-the-line Panasonic (died after two years), so that's made me want the insurance. Hopefully it turns out to be unnecessary with the Sony line.

Works like a charm, and the BB guys that delivered and hooked it up were very accommodating about the cramped space it needed to be lifted into. A couple hundred cheaper than comparable whirlpool, maytag and other models, yet it looks just as nice.
