I really haven't even touched this tablet. When it was being set up, at Best Buy, it wouldn't load my email. I was so upset that it had also affected my cell phone and nothing was working that I then went to AT&T as suggested by the technician to get both fixed. I was emotionally and physically worn out. I haven't touched the tablet since. I am not even sure if the set up process was completed. I wish I had not bought it.

Pretty Darn Happy with this Purchase

I have had this upright freezer a month and so far no problems. I live in a mobile home and bought all new kitchen appliances a year ago, but because of needing a fridge/freezer counter depth I was extremely limited in selection so ended up with a very small bottom freezer in the fridge I purchased. I was finding this to be inadequate so I researched standing freezers for a tight spot I had available and this Insignia had consistently good reviews, while the Igloo had consistently bad reviews. After making sure it would fit I ordered it at my local Best Buy from a great manager who really understood customer relations. It was delivered on Friday the 13th and I was a bit superstitious. That afternoon my neighborhood had a power failure due to an accident. Power was returned about 2 1/2 hrs later and the freezer was continuing to get to freezing temp; I was very impressed. Then I went to Costco and filled it up. Within 2 hrs I was notified that the power for the mobile home park I live in was going to have to turn off power for 12 to 20 hrs. Oh no! But this little champ performed great. I didn't open the door until the next day (the power came back on after 10 hrs) everything was still frozen in the Insignia, but in my fridge, the freezer was starting to melt ice cubes. It is very quiet and has well placed (but non-movable) shelves. I am finding it really handy and it has solved a big problem for me. The height between all but 2 shelves is 9 1/2 inches and it is about 7 1/2 on the bottom (which is more like a half or 3/4 depth shelf), and the very top shelf is only about 2" from the top (probably for air circulation but I put 2 ice packs on that shelf and my themometer.) For reference, you can put one of Costcos frozen Pizza boxes of 4 pizzas) easily on the shelf but its just a bit shy of being able to stack 2 of those boxes, plus there is free room on the side for something else. My one problem was the plug in cord. Before it was delivered I bought a new 9' appliance grade, grounded extension cord and was so proud of myself for thinking of that ahead of time. It needed to be plugged into the sole outlet that the fridge is plugged into (on the other side of a wall). It was long enough, but both the upright freezer and my fridge had 3 prong plugs that only fit into the plate in one direction (with the cord coming from the bottom), so I could not use the top socket. I was able to make it work in a different socket but now the extension cord is very obvious. I believe the cord that is attached to the freezer is about 59".

I had a good buying experience at Best Buy and attended a class but I am old school and wish there was a written manual. I know I am only using a small portion of its features which is frustrating. I had a frustrating experience contacting Samsung concerning a mouse that would work with this tablet. Every other person I spoke to there told me the opposite of the last person, saying no mouse will work with this tablet. I also purchased a logitech keyboard/case which I love.

This is a great looking small fridge. It is keeping a very consistent cold temp in both the fridge and freezer. This model does not have an ice maker. It has a loud popping sound several times a day, always startling me. The lack of split shelves in a 3 shelf fridge is distressing as there is no good way to raise one shelf high enough for a quart of milk or other tall container; I don't like putting dairy in the door. You can put the shelf high enough but then loose the use of the shelf for anything higher then a tortilla! Love the deli drawer but within a week it has decided to not close. I have to try over and over to lift it the right way to get it closed and sometimes I just can't get it right, meaning I have to close the doors of the fridge pushing against the deli drawer which is a good half inch out. For me the bottom freezer seems to hold less then my old fridge so I find it less convenient. I have a tendency to fill up the freezer so it isn't very easy to use for me. I am not a big fan of the deep door compartments and find that my bottles all fall over or rattle a lot every time I open and close the door but you really need that space.

I expected no problems and there aren't any. Performs well and is easy to use. It is just a little louder then my previous microhood for the turntable.
I appreciate that it doesn't continue to beep at me after it completes its cooking/heating.
This model has two under lights and because my kitchen has no lighting on the oven side of the kitchen this was really important to me.

It's hard to review this oven as I haven't used the convection feature and have really only baked some cookies and used one burner. The cookies burned and even when I turned the temp down 5 degrees and took them out earlier they were a little overcooked. I love overcooked cookies but I was making them for someone else.
It is a gorgeous oven and I have to admit I bought it partly for its looks. I love the high power burners that will boil water much faster then my old 16 yr old range. I bought stainless steel instead of my preferred white because it looked like a professional oven but I do feel it will be hard to keep cleen as the top is black and shows every grain of salt or seasoning I get on it. I think the temp can probably be adjusted to fix that problem with the oven.

I'm so disappointed in this dishwasher. I had wanted another model and they substituted this one with my permission but it does not get the dishes clean. I only run it about twice a week and I rinse things before I put them in but do not wash them - what is the point of a dishwasher? I've only run two loads through and in both cases found I had to hand wash about 20% of my dishes (and they were loosely distributed in the dishwasher). One was a rubber spatula with peanut butter on it - none of it was washed off and it was in the utensil compartment; just as dirty as when I put it in. In fact silverware and dinner plates seem the worst. I purchased 4 pieces (fridge, dishwasher, gas convection range and microwave) because my old dishwasher died and I couldn't match my old appliances and this is the one I really needed and it isn't doing the job.
