expensive and short lasting. Also, Epson should take a hint that using seemingly unrelated product numbers in bold on a package is confusing to most people. My Epson XP-440 uses two separate ink containers both labelled "288" . Duh? Fortunately Best Buy has the best, most well informed and friendly staff and they immediately responded, showing me how to "read" the list of printers in very small print at the back of the top of the cartridge box.

As usual I had a need for an electrical cord for my friend's I-phone -- don't bother researching this stuff anymore -- just dropped in to local Best Buy-- rep found several and I chose the red one.
