Dive into the seedy underground of organized crime in Sega's Yakuza 0 standard edition for the PlayStation 4. Set in 1988 Japan, this third-person action adventure game puts you in the middle of a gang war between two mob families. Sega's Yakuza 0 is an open-world crime spree where you fight your way through the story at your own pace.
Yakuza 0 is a great open-world game. There's a pretty neat story, but for me the best part is running around an incredibly detailed replica of 80s Japan. The one thing to watch out for is that this game is VERY Japanese, so be ready for some weird cultural stuff. Definitely recommended.

Explore new and fluffy challenges in Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World for Nintendo 3DS. The brave, sneaky Poochy Pups helps Yoshi discover secrets and grab collectibles as they head for the goal. Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World comes with a yarn amiibo figure of Poochy that activates special bonus features.
This is an equally fun (if visually less impressive) version of Woolly World on the Wii U. If you liked that, you'll like this as well. The Amiibo in this package is adorable and looks great next to my Yarn Yoshi Amiibo.

Splatoon 2 has everything the first game has, but adds a cooperative mode and the ability to play on the go. This game is a ton of fun and I can't recommend it enough!
Enter a familiar world via all-new game play mechanics in Akiba's Beat for the PlayStation Vita. The RPG action lets you explore story lines, only entering battle mode when you move against an enemy character. Find your way out of a world filled with delusions by winning battles and testing your wits in Akiba's Beat.
This is the first JRPG from this developer, and it shows. Its gameplay is closest to Persona, and unfortunately it just doesn't have the polish and story of that game. If you're a JRPG fan and you have a Vita (and have already played Persona 4 Golden), then this still might be worth picking up.
