Streaming Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player?

If I buy this HDTV would I need a Streaming Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player? Could someone please explain, I'm confused...

The apps are all there so you can just buy a dedicated bluray player without the apps.

Can this TV use a wireless keyboard and mouse? Is so which ones are compatiable?

Yes I use my wireless Microsoft mouse and keyboard combo. It only requires one usb input module. There is only one available on the tv so it works out good.

Can the TV stand feet be turned inward? My TV stand is just shorter than the width of the TV.

The width of my TV stand is 26" and the width of the TV is 28", so can I turn the TV feet inward to then use my smaller TV stand?

no what you see is what you get. No you cannot turn the feet inward they are in a fixed position. You can wall mount it with a Samsung wall mount hanger. It hangs up on the wall like a portrait.

does it have analog audio out ports to connect wireless headphones

I bought a different Samsung TV model, and it only has a digital audio out (optical) port. My Sennheiser wireless headphones do not connect to this, and I can't seem to find a way to convert this port. So I need a TV with the analog audio OUT ports to connect with the transmitter's RCA cables.

no just optical output.

How good is the picture when using a VCR?

I have some old vhs movies that I show to friends/ family when they come and visit me, and I have heard a lot of the new hi def tvs have a hard time displaying vhs video (in the sense that is blurry, and gets distorted, etc.) Does this tv have any adjustments to make vhs quality video better? I understand that vhs format shouldn't look spectacular on the hd tv but my buddies say some hdtvs make the video quality worse than how it looked on the old sets.

Well the tv has noise cancellation of poor video signal that may be Substandard. As you may know vcr transmission is sort of outdated and I have not tried it yet. I suppose it may spruce up the signal a bit but wont upconvert the vcr signal to almighty hd.

If so where is the plug in for headphones?

No this is one of the cons of this tv. The audio is acceptable but the requirements of the output is optical out which is like fiber optic and I did search for external speakers and they offer a sound bar.

can you surf the web as you can with a computer and stream content?

I was surprised to find that the tv had its own web browser. Its pretty fast too. Yes you can stream content through the browser and the large multitude of apps you download. Its like having a computer in a tv.

Samsung Smart tv and Netflix

We had Netflix working for a few days. Then it just stopped. We went back and tried setting up again, but can't get it to work. Is there any button on the remote that could have stopped it. Or something else you might know.

My Netflix stopped working but I reset the entire TV to factory defaults and then re-entered my name handle and Netflix password and have not had any problems since. There is a system software update for the tv so you might want to go into settings and update the system while you are at it.
