Insignia™ - 2-Oz. Screen Cleaning Solution left an oily residue on the glass of my camera lense. I was able to remove it with a different cleaning solution and returned this to the store. It may be ok on TV and Computer Screens but I would not use it on Camera Lenses and displays.

I love my Sony - FE 24-70mm f/4 Zoom OSS SEL2470z lens. The Zeiss Optics in this product produce sharp clear images. I use this glass on my Sony Alpha 7ii ( a7ii ) in low light conditions (indoors mostly). The Sony FE 24-70mm also works well outdoors making it an all around great lens. It can fit and work on my a6000 which if I am not mistaken would make it a 36- 105mm. I can capture great portraits and zoom in on most objects even with movement because of it's OSS (optical stabilization). I would recommend this to most people for an all around great lens. Even better would be to have a seperate great wide angle lens to compliment this lens.

I love my Sony - FE 24-240mm f/3.5-6.3 OSS SEL24240 lens. I keep this glass on my Sony Alpha 7ii ( a7ii ) most of the time. It can fit and work on my a6000 which if I am not mistaken would make it a 36- 360mm. I can capture great portraits and zoom in on distant objects even with movement because of it's OSS (optical stabilization). I would recommend this to most people shooting outdoor in daylight and maybe a different lens for indoor shorter distances with lower light conditions.

The Alpha a7 II camera is fantastic! I bought this particular camera as an Open Box Item and couldn't be any happier. Best Buy had advertised it as in excellent condition and I found that to be accurate. I had a Sony a6000 before this camera that I was very happy with, also. I would add that you shouldn't by this camera until you are ready to start shooting in more Manual Modes. The a6000 and a6300 take great pictures in Auto Modes and all modes and especially paired with some extra (separate purchase) high quality lenses (Glass).

How many years will the box last?
I've only had this box for two years and it will not come on any more. I changed out the cords as well.
Power adapter probably gone bad from an electrical surge or heat.

YES and many of the problems that people are having with TV signals and connections are firmware not the switches or cables. Update the firmware on the TV, DVD Players, and the other devices first before switching out everything else. Cheap commercial quality HDMI cables work just as well or better than the big expensive cables in my opinion. I have had both and have had the more expensive fail before the cheap commercial quality cables. Usually, the failure is at the connection or tips of the HDMI Cables and not the cable itself.

Is that a video camera?
The a6000 will do short videos ( few minutes at a time) that are 1080P Resolution or below. This will use up the battery very quickly and some people, including myself, have issues with it overheating while filming. There is supposedly a firmware update to remedy or make the overheating issue better but I have not filmed anything after I updated the camera. So, really better to get a separate camcorder for video.

Is this camera fast enough for indoor basketball?
Yes. It has a Auto Scene Mode. Sport Action Mode definitely works. The 2 kit lenses that usually come with the camera are ok at shooting basketball but you could purchase a separate lenses that would do even better.
