Maybe I was spoiled by our previous dryer, surprising since I didn't think the kenmore was anything but a bottom of the line model. This Samsung's got many button customizations simplified by a button that saves my favorite. I like how it shows time to completion but seems to take longer and is louder than my last. Glad it doesn't eat our clothes though...like the last.
