I haven't had a chance to explore all the features of this item, but of the ones I have they seem to be easy to use, which is important to me. The only disappointment was the fact there was no internal CD-DVD drive, and I had to purchase an external one for some of the things I use my laptop for. I will probably upgrade to Windows 10 since that is part of the package.
