I wouldn't bother with Samsung

We purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer. Although I have no complaints about the washer. We got two dryers and they were both lemons. The second one we received needed a new motor and it was brand new out of the box. We went with LG instead and have no complaints.

I haven't used this product because there hasn't been a need for it (which is a good thing). The only thing I can say is that I am disappointed that I will still have to pay a deductible once something does happen.
