Yes! I actually do this in my car. My car radio went out so I have a computer speaker system in the back. I keep the radio in the front and run the cable to the speakers in the back.

Can you hear without using the ear buds with just the neck piece on the lg tone pro
No! You definitely need at least one earbud in. I usually keep just one in at a time unless I'm working out or something.

how do I listen to music
I have the LG wireless stereo headset, its linked to my phone. Now, can I use this to link to my phones radio APP. My radio APP asks for antenna hookup as with normal ear buds, so will this headset do this somehow ? Also, do I download music to my phone and will this headset read this ? I'm confused to how the play function to operate music from my headset, please explain in detail .
It works just like a Bluetooth speaker. If your phone is paired with the headset, it should automatically play music. Some apps may not support Bluetooth though.
