Quick and efficient

They installed my dishwasher quickly and efficiently. They were impressed that I already had an air gap on the drainage hose. That cut back install time. They also informed me that most jurisdictions require air gaps now days and said never get rid of it. One big note is that you should be aware some municipalities require a permit to install a new dishwasher.

Had this fridge for a few months so far and no complaints about the product itself. Got the black stainless version and just love it. If anyone tells you it shows less fingerprints it's not entirely true. With the right light and angle you can see them. Unlike most stainless steel refrigerators magnets work on this one which makes me wonder if it's really stainless under the finish. I did notice that one of the ways the ice maker can make so much ice, like they claim, is the smaller size each cube is which requires less time to freeze.
Only issue I've had is not with the product but the installation. One of the door handles wasn't fitting properly so it required them to use great force to install it. Ended up causing a very small dent and scratches right next to the handle. Not noticeable unless you look at it and was compensated for the issue. If you have issues with install like this I suggest taking your own pictures of it even though they do. Could help speed up the process.

My husband wants to know about the filter on this machine. We currently have a model that is hard to get to in order to clean out stuff that gets trapped in there. Where is this located and how easy is it to clean it out? Thanks!
It's in the front. It's behind the little door on the bottom. Very easy to get to and clean. Open the door, take the plug out of the end of the hose that's in there to drain out any residual water, then the filter just unscrews.

Does the washer have wifi built in or how do you get those Samsung smart home adapters?
You buy them directly through Samsung. Not very expensive but is it worth it? I'm not sure. Read the reviews of the device on Samsungs website and you decide. I did and passed on them for now.

Is there a feature to turn on a light inside the washer to check on clothes while they are washing?
No light on this one. Only the bigger sizes.
