cleans ok, loud, gets stuck a lot

I bought BoB right after I had my baby to help keep the house clean. However it wasn't a big help. The vacuum cleaner gets stuck under my couch, on the edge of our carpet, between chairs and it damaged the edges of our tile flooring.
I am trying to return BoB. The Company seems to be cooperative, but I am waiting on a return label, I have not received so far.
