Not Great so far

When first installed, would only grab the 5ghz band, had to reboot, then grabbed both bands. Over the last week has disconnected from the router a few times, in fact, it is flashing amber now, so I am writing this connected directly to the router. I'm sure I can get a re-connection, but no confidence it will last. The speed is great when it does work and has good over all distance. I can't recommend this extender at this time, however, I might simply have a defective unit.

Accomplish tasks efficiently with this HP desktop computer. It Has The Speed

You will need to go through set up and MS updates and then you can enjoy this machine. Boot up is approx. 8 seconds. I loaded a rather large music recording program with Plugins (approx. 6GB worth of files) and this PC handles the program well. I enjoy the Speed at which I can multitask. The cooling fan is fairly quiet. Having 7 USB connecting ports is a big plus for me. I was surprised to see expansion slots so this holds a future for upgrades. Nice looking cabinet. The wireless mouse and keyboard connected immediately. The key board is small but usable. The mouse feels ok. The real strength is in the power of this machine. I did experience a few glitches. There was a Cyber link Power DVD program that stopped working and then disappeared. I have not found a way to get it back. It would be nice if HP still had a way to reinstall individual included programs, but, I found nothing on their site or in the PC itself. To my surprise, I found MS Media Player was Included which I activated, but still won't play a DVD movie. I do still highly recommend this PC if you are indeed looking for a power house desktop.

Decent Machine

I have many different uses for this laptop. The connectivity for wireless to a smart TV or other devices works better than ever especially with the Intel I7 8th Gen Processor. I needed the 1 TB HDD especially for Music Production as these can be very large files and will also create a huge demand on the processor. I also use for cover art creation and general purpose. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is due to a few things I would change. A backlit keyboard with silver colored keys can be blinding. I would have preferred a bronze or titanium colored keyboard. The rest of the LT can remain silver. This PC is packed with all the necessary goodies and then falls short on speed with a HDD, I would have preferred a SSD even if it was only a 256 GB capacity. The over all design of the laptop is appealing and with 2 USB 3.1 ports and 1 USB C port and still having an SD card slot still make this a desirable Laptop with current features. It would be nice to see a infinity edge screen, maybe in the near future! The battery life so far, I have found to be excellent, lasting me the entire day depending on my use and settings. The battery also charges very quickly.

The fit is amazing. Very snug. The sound is very clean. Paired easily to my phone. All functions worked well. This is a good product. The case works great for storage and charging. The buds will auto power off when put in case. Will also auto power on when removed from case and both buds will auto sync together. My only concern is with any ear bud, you take the chance of damaging you inner follicles. "health concern" some people have developed Tinnitus. A suggestion to the manufacturer is to color band each bud to better identify left and right. The impressed letter on each bud is extremely difficult to see.

I thought I would try a Norelco razor after years of using a foil razor. The design of the handle makes it very easy to hold. The razor has quiet operation and easy to clean. The trimmer attachment is a nice feature. This razor does nothing for my whiskers. It might just be my needs, but, my foil razor way out performs it. I think Norelco needs to step up their product. I will Continue to purchase and use a foil type razor.

This is a very nice looking monitor. The matte no glare screen makes viewing easy on the eyes. I am still trying various settings to make screen colors pop a little more, but still seem washed out. A glass screen still has a better resolution. I connected through HDMI and everything configured automatically with full screen use and high def digital sound. I do feel the price is a little steep being that I could get a 28" TV for less than $200.00. Still, a 27" screen is nice and has all the connections needed.

My family had a blast. I downloaded the 2 apps to control my mini. Very cool Tech item. The joystick control would sometimes get stuck or seem to roll off my screen at times, But I persistently kept going with the fun. I really like this techno/robotic Toy. Should bring lots of entertainment.

Light Duty Cleaning

I give it a 10 for portability, easy to handle. A 10 for cordless operation. A 7 for suction. It does ok for Light Duty cleaning. I have used it on blinds, In the Car like a dust buster, crevices in the house. I used with the Electric brush attachment and it worked ok, but very light duty Suction like crumbs and dust from the kitchen floor. This would not replace my main go-to vacuum. I will mainly use this for a quick picker upper.

Very Functional

I like the functionality of this printer. Very easy install with a phone app. All my Windows 10 PC's found the printer easily. I was up and running in approx. 20 minutes. The first thing I Printed was a photo from Face Book. It printed a beautiful 8.5 X 11 borderless photo. I have yet to discover all the features, but the features I have used so far work well. The cartridges installed easily. HP also offers a 3 month free start up on the ink refill program up to 300 pages per month printing at no charge when you sign up. After that you will be billed according to the plan you choose, then pay for extra sheets printed if you go over your plan amount. I have used this program on my 5530 and currently have the $4.99 option for 100 pages per month. (It is a very wise program and works well)The touch screen size is a bit too small and monochrome. This printer is more bulkier than my other current HP Envy 5530 which has also been a very reliable printer. I do prefer the 5530 appearance more so, it is more appealing in appearance, however, the 6255 definitely out performs the 5530 in speed and quality. The 6255 Does not have an SD card slot which I used quite often on the 5530. (disappointing) The Copy and scan functions worked good and quite fast.

I purchased some Sweet Potato Fries to try and they cooked in a shorter period of time than I expected. I did use a slight amount of oil and they came out perfect and tasted great. Cooking will never be the same. I'm going to try some muffins next. The food does have a healthier taste to it. This is definitely a less messier alternative. I am definitely a converted user of this product.

Yes it does run a little hotter than a sata SSD being that is directly connected to the mother board.

Laptop Warranty by bestbuy or by HP ?? If there’s a problem can i fix it in any Worldwide HP Store ???
Purchasing the Best Buy warranty is always better in most cases. You will have an easier time when the warranty is needed, however manufacturers have been stepping up there game lately with there warranties.

has anyone else had a problem with the speakers?!?! will be playing something and speakers just suddenly cut out. wifi connection fine, tested on video downloaded on device as well but still same issue.
I have had no issues yet. Have you installed any new programs before this happened?
