The phone is great. It is sturdy and light weight. Although you have to buy a memory card, the memory it comes with is fine so far. I haven't purchased a card yet. There is a file manager already built in and I upload stuff to the Cloud or send it to my email. The touch works. And the best feature is it is a type of 4G - I can surf and talk. Also the ability to have multiple screens open and then the ability to get rid of them all at once is cool as well. The battery life is great as well. My Kyocera Rise stopped working after two years and I had to get a new phone. The switch to no keyboard at all went smoother than I thought. After 24-48hrs I didn't miss it at all. And I type a lot on it.
What I don't like is Maps no longer places the names, numbers, and address of the places I search for in my contact. And sometimes searching for contacts that I know are there does not always go as smooth as I want.

Awesome for first time owners

This is my first laptop. It is lightweight. The touch pad doesn't auto respond like what happens with pcs. I got it for school and the only complaint I have is that goggle docs - which I love cause it is so much simpler than word - is that it won't let me format headers differently for the 2nd page. But that is it. That is my only complaint.
