Does this watch track calories burned when I'm not working out? Such as when I'm sitting or walking slowly?
yes but make sure to start the watch and have the heart rate sensor on yourself.

does the polar Ft4 (women´s heart rate monitor, color purple/pink) come with polar H1 heart rate sensor and chest strap?
yes it does and the strap is adjustable.
