what else do I need to purchase other than prepaid phone & sim card. I activate phone & contact AT&T to pick a go plan? Im not understanding the refill cards if I have a monthly plan
Make sure your prepaid phone is AT&T compatible. It is better if you pick up a prepaid plan at the store. The Best Buy associates will even help you with the setup. After your first prepaid purchase, login to your AT&T Prepaid web site https://www.paygonline.com and from there you can your account on auto payment and see your data usage. You can also do one-time refills from the phone, the web site, or go to Best Buy and purchase another refill card. Hope this helps

You should be able to download Silverlight. I stream Netflix and I think it uses Silverlight. I has Windows 10, the regular version, not the RT.

I don't understand the HDR stuff. I chose Enhanced under the HDMI option. I have an ATT Uverse box to watch network TV. Do I then need to plug that into HDMI port 3 or 4?Or does network TV not do HDR so it doesn't matter? What about a Fire Stick? Thanks.
HDMI ports 3 and 4 are for 4K Ultra-HD devices such as an Xbox, Playstation4, or a Blue-ray player that supports the 2.0 bandwidth. You can connect your ATT box or Fire Stick but I do not think you will get a better resolution if you'd just use ports 1 and 2 which are great for 1080p.
