The item had a couple of inherent problems. I tried over time to work through them, thinking I just was not operating it correctly somehow. I eventually went online to get support. They said it must have an internal problem and I should take it back. I should have taken back to Best Buy before I did because it was past their time limit and would not exchange it. I told them to throw it away. I should have just thrown the money away to begin with; I would be over it by now. Too bad there's not a "0" for the review range.
