OK significant problems setting it up

The computer arrived and the instructions were followed carefully, but it turned out the product code they sent was incorrect so the computer operation could not be set up, Had to take it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and it took them about 2 hours get get things set up right - Geek Squad gets an A+ but not very happy with the computer that was sent. I'll see how it works now.
