Great headphone @ 1st use, but not in the long run

This wireless headphone has a clear sound but after a month of use, it stop working. Called JVC customer support & asked me to send it back, for them to replace it. Received the replacement & after 6 hrs. of charging, it doesn't power on so I charged it for 24 hrs & was very disappointed coz it still won't power on. Called customer support again asking for a refund but they told me they don't do refund. Very disappointed & will never buy this product brand again.
