Other ridiculously more expensive cables out there but I've had good luck with Rocketfish products before so thought I'd give these a go and they seem to be working just fine. I purchased this TV during Black Friday week for $499 and so far, I couldn't be happier. I'm moving to a new house and needed a smaller screen than my current 55" Panasonic plasma TV in order to fit into a built-in entertainment cabinet in my living room.
This is my first venture into a 4K UHD TV and I'm quite impressed. The upscaling works great and does improve upon the HD 1080p picture. I've watched a few 4K videos on You Tube and the picture is awesome. Hopefully 4K will become the new standard and more and more programming will be available in this format.
The Web OS 2.0 is easy to use and relatively quick to perform actions. Sound is adequate for general TV viewing, but for movies or if you want something more immersive, you'll undoubtedly want to invest in a soundbar or run the audio through an audio receiver. You just can't expect a flat panel TV to provide full-bodied sound.
There weren't many customer reviews prior to making the purchase as apparently this was a new model made explicitly for Best Buy. Subsequently, some have complained about the refresh rate, but I haven't really detected excessive motion blur while watching sports programming. A couple have mentioned a lack of controls on the TV itself. It's there though, as there's a joystick control on the bottom middle of the panel to control volume and channel selection. The remote control is a bit simplistic but I plan to try out the LG remote control Android app.
I'm a little concerned because some have reported this line of LG TV's dying after a short period of time. Hopefully, mine won't have this issue and I'll get many years of use out of it. If I do, it'll be an incredible value for the price paid.

Good protection for your Moto 360

I quickly discovered that a smartwatch screen is easier to scratch than a smartphone one. I received a small scratch on my Moto 360 so I decided to give these screen protectors a try and I'm very satisfied with the results. It's very easy to apply, offers good protection, isn't noticeable unless you look very closely and has a smooth feel to it, similar to the actual watchface.
They come two to a pack and although they do mark up some with use, they are easily removable and the price is such that you won't go broke applying a new protector every few months.
I've always preferred going naked with my smartphones, but after using this product on my Moto 360, I bought the same Power Support Brilliant screen protectors for my Moto X 2014.

I bought my Moto 360 stainless steel smartwatch with the metal band. For a change of pace, I picked up one of these cognac leather bands and I'm pleased with the purchase. It seems like good quality leather and it has a nice leather scent to it. I'm not sure I would call the color cognac though. Cognac to me would have a slightly reddish tint and this is more of a dark tan or light brown color. I purchased a watch band spring bar tool which makes it much easier to swap out the bands. So, now I can easily alternate between the 2 bands.

Great bang for the buck!

My old HP 25" monitor died on me and I wanted to find a replacement in the 27" class. It's pretty hard to compare monitors in store because the lighting is different, they usually use the same video feed and who knows what the picture settings are set at.
So, I relied on a recommendation from my nephew that had owned this model for awhile and online tech and user reviews. In the 27" screen size range, I really don't think you can do any better as far as bang for the buck.
The positives are that this monitor has a very sharp picture with vivid colors. Sure they're coming out with newer and better monitors with higher resolution now, but you have to pay significantly more to get that. It was very easy to set up and unlike most other monitors that were either flat or glossy black plastic, this monitor has a bit of style to it with the silver "sundial" base and the silver bar across the bottom of the screen. It also has very little bezel, practically an edge to edge display. The monitor is very thin and light, easy to move around and doesn't take up too much real estate on my desk. Many reviewers knock the sound quality, but I'd have to say that it knocks the socks off of any other monitor's built-in speakers at this price point. The audio was developed in conjunction with Bang & Olufsen which I'm sure contributes to this. Is it audiophile for watching movies or listening to music? No, but then, what built-in monitor speakers do? I have a separate speaker system with a subwoofer to use when needed but for most day to day tasks, I find the audio quality from this monitor's speakers to be perfectly acceptable. I also like the non-glare finish as I have my monitor on a desk in my den with a window behind me, so this makes the display easier to see than my old HP which had a glossy screen finish.
Negatives? About the only thing I find that comes close to a negative so far is using the adjustment buttons as others have stated. They are overly touch sensitive which results in some accidental pushes occasionally and hard to see if you're in a darker environment. But I Googled "ASUS MX279h Manual" and after reading it, the system is easy to use and I find I don't really need to adjust much now that everything is set up.
It's only been a month or two since I purchased it, so I can't say anything about long term reliability, but hopefully I'll get many years of use out of this monitor. Very satisfied with this purchase!

I purchased one of these for myself and posted an earlier review on 9/29/13. This purchase was my second one and I purchased it as a gift to my parents for Christmas. I purchased this for them because their HP printer was dying on them and I was still very pleased with the one I purchased for myself last year.
It continues to be a great all around performer. I caught it on sale at Best Buy for a great price and one thing that should be pointed out with this printer is you get standard full-size ink cartridges in the box right from the start. If you look at some of the less expensive printers, most of them have short term start-up or trial size ink cartridges that have to be replaced shortly after you set it up. Buy a less expensive printer and add a set of OEM ink cartridges and you end up close to the same cost or sometimes exceeding the cost of the WF-3520. And with the WF-3520 model, you're getting a better printer to boot.
I have had zero problems with the one I purchased last year and my experiences with it made the decision for which printer to buy for my parents a no brainer!
