Love this smart DVD player it's has a clean and classic look and one of the better ones I've had . the bad is when you open up to insert a disc the whole front panel comes down when I thought just the disc opening was separated .but all in all easy to install fast and a great unit love it could hardly wait to get it .glad I waited now waiting for the next dimension of Sony 8k DVD players and maybe records too great investment.worth the price!

Will close captioning work with a sound bar?
Before installing the sound bar, we used closed captioning. Now that the sound bar is installed, closed captioning no longer seems to work. Am I missing something? I would like to be able to use close captioning for me and the sound bar for hubby.

Call the mfg and find out if they or other remotes that is universal that can accommodate

My subwoofer (wireless) wouldn't connect to the soundbar anymore. It did work when bought new, now it is not connecting.

Samsung TV can't connect with any cable
I have a Samsung TV, UA32FH4003.Then I bought a LG 2.1 soundbar
The easiest way to connect to this TV was optical cable, which came with the soundbar. My TV doesn't have this connection so that was no option.
I then bought a HDMI cable, but no sound came out of it either.
Then I bought a USB cable and still no sound.
I took the soundbar to another Samsung TV in my house (different model) and it worked so nothing wrong with the soundbar.
I can't swap the TV's as the hanging system is different.
HELP

Subwoofer and bass too strong
How do I lower the bass? I've already set the treble to plus 5 and the bass to minus 5. Is there a way to adjust the subwoofer? Are there other options?
