When you think about the level of detail they put into this movie, you can't help but to be amazed. All the hours they put into making each character move, fight, and interact with each other, is just mind-boggling. The story was so good that you'll forget that its stop motion. You can't help but become emotionally attached to Kubo early on in the movie, because he has to take care of his mother and provide for her all alone. The story is both amazing, and heartwarming.

I wasn't sure if this movie was gonna be good or not, so I waited to see it on Netflix. Even then, I was reluctant to see it because I didn't wanna waste my time on a bad movie. Fortunately, I was interested enough to watch it. And I absolutely loved it!! It was funny, suspenseful, and even had some action scenes as well. Plus, I fell in love the theme song 'Try Everything'. The movie was just awesome!! I watched it two times in a row that night, before I came to the conclusion that I needed to have the blu-ray copy added to my collection. After I bought it, I watched it two more times. And now that I'm thinking about it, I wanna watch it again. Lol.
The character Judy Hopps is performed so well, that you can't help but love her. And her friendly conflict with Nick Wilde is what makes the movie so great. To me, one of the funniest scenes between them, is when Judy went to apologize to Nick when he was by the bridge. That funny little scene was done so well, that I had to see it multiple times before I could continue watching the movie. The dialogue between them, and the little grabbing motion she made, was funny and priceless. I'm so glad I gave this movie a chance, because I feel the same way about 'Zootopia', as I do about the 'How to Train Your Dragon' movies, and the 'Hotel Transylvania' movies. I just can't get enough of watching them!!

In my opinion, I feel that this is an adult movie, but I knew that before I saw it at the theatre. Very adult themed, and SOO FUNNY. Just because it looks like something that DIsney would release for kids, doesn't mean that its gonna be for kids. If you love 'Family Guy' and 'American Dad', and love movies with Seth Rogen's sense of humor, with adult language and is adult themed, then this movie will have you laughing until your crying. Literally.

I'm a big fan of J. J. Abrams movies & shows, so of course I was gonna watch this movie. That, on top of the fact that I watched and bought the first two movies. So yeah, buying part three was kinda obvious. Lol. ...I loved the emotion that each actor poured into their role, and the intensity that they portrayed in those high impact moments. ...Even though I've never been a Beastie Boys fan, I've always been aware of their song called 'Sabotage', and I've always hated it. But honestly, it was placed in this movie so well, that I ended up jamming to it. I don't know of any other song that would have been better for what they used it for. I'm sitting here now, thinking about watching it again. Lol. ...An my boy Idris Elba played his role beautifully!! He had me convinced he was an alien, because he immersed himself so completely in his part. He's one of my top favorite actors that can pull off ANY role, whether its a drama, action, suspense, etc. ...Would I recommend this movie, as well as Star Trek 1 & 2?? ABSOLUTELY!!! Without a doubt!!

Well, there was a lot of action!!

In my opinion, just because a movie is packed full of action, doesn't exactly make it a great movie. If you want a movie that keeps the kids attention, then this movie is it. On the other hand, if you want a movie that has good acting, scenes that make since, and doesn't steal entirely from the first movie, then you may want to keep looking.
I don't like giving bad reviews, but if the movie was bad, then it is what it is. It felt like they had a piece of a script, but still tried to make a movie from it. Some actors overacted their roles, while others seem to not even care about theirs. I also noticed that there were scenes that seem like they were just making up stuff as they went along, and there was a lot of unnecessary pausing while they were talking, like they thought they said their line wrong, and was waiting for the director to say, "Cut". ...I mean, why even make the movie if it wasn't complete? Why steal SO MUCH from the first movie? Were they too lazy to come up with new ideas for the second movie?
They had the same seven scenes from part one. (Not necessarily in this order):
1.) Convoy of people traveling down road, while we watch conflict in one vehicle
2.) Fighter jets fighting small UFO's under big UFO, while getting shot down
3.) One UFO gets hijacked, to deliver payload of explosives to mothership
4.) One person out of their mind, until it was time to sacrifice themself
5.) Person gets snatched up by an alien and used as a puppet to communicate
6.) Driving real fast over salt flats
7.) Major city destruction with lots of deaths
