Works well, it is just defective.

Verified Purchase:Yes
This printer failed less than 24 hours after installation. There is some defect in the scanner/copier hardware, causing it to throw an error. After 90minutes online with HP support, they offered to replace it. I have the Best Buy coverage, however the two defective Epson printers I just returned soured me on Best Buy. HP shipped a refurbished replacement in four days.
What's great about it: Nice quality printing.
What's not so great: Defective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
