I have a laptop. Do I need any more connecting cables? Will they come with it?
laptop would likely require VGA cable. I'm sorry, I don't remember if it came with or if I already had one. I think it was included.

I was told at the Best Buy in Myrtle Beach, SC, that the monitors come equipped with both a camera & a microphone, when ordering online. Is this correct?

The power that the computer draws is basically the capacity of the power supply of the computer. It is not always visible from the outside, but where the power cord plugs into the computer is where the power supply (basically a metal box with a fan and a female receptacle for the power cord) is installed inside the computer. If you open up the computer, the wattage will be listed on the power supply unit.
