This is the easiest doorbell and camera system to install and setup. I broke one of the brackets while installing. I called the customer service number and a real person answered the phone. Not only that, they sent me the part I broke at no charge. I mean no charge, ne shipping, no handling, nothing. This is the best system available.!!!!!
